Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ck11 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the ck11 website at ck11.cam and all associated services, games, and features. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you register a ck11 account, you accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your credentials. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

  You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. ck11 will never ask for your password in any communication.

  Notify ck11 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspicious transaction, or any loss or theft of your credentials.   ck11 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested, including a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

  Keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. If your mobile number changes, notify ck11 support immediately. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

  ck11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ck11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

  The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. ck11 does not impose a standard transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which ck11 bears no responsibility.

  Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. ck11 may request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Most mobile wallet withdrawals complete within minutes of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

  Deposits using payment methods not registered in the player's own name will not be accepted and will be returned to the sending account. ck11 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of players.

  If ck11 detects or suspects fraudulent, reversed, or disputed payment transactions, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the player's account pending investigation. Any winnings generated from deposits that are subsequently charged back or reversed will be voided.

  ck11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or other circumstances beyond its direct control. If you experience a payment delay exceeding 24 hours, contact support via the email address displayed in the footer.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ck11 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a first-deposit welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

  All bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated when the bonus is offered. The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. By accepting any bonus you agree to the applicable wagering requirement.

  The ck11 first-deposit welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players only — one per person, one per mobile number, one per household. Creating duplicate accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is bonus abuse and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

  Bonuses are valid on eligible games only. Some games may have reduced contribution rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms at the time of the offer.

  ck11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after being credited, ck11 will remove the bonus balance and any winnings generated exclusively from that bonus but will not affect the player's real-money balance.

  Seasonal promotions — for example BPL cricket bonuses, Eid offers, Pohela Boishakh promotions — are subject to their own individual terms and validity periods stated when the promotion is announced. These are not ongoing and expire on the stated end date.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on ck11 are operated by licensed third-party providers. The following fair play terms apply to all game sessions:

  Players must not use automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage. Use of such tools is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

  Registering more than one ck11 account, registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.

  Engaging in money laundering, using ck11 to process proceeds of criminal activity, or using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.

  Exploiting vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors in the ck11 platform or in any game, including attempting to generate guaranteed profits through arbitrage or matched betting across connected accounts.

  Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, sharing strategies designed to defraud the platform, or participating in any form of organised cheating on ck11's sports betting or casino products.

  Using the ck11 platform while knowingly self-excluded under ck11's responsible gaming programme, or attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account under a different name or mobile number.

7. Responsible Gaming

ck11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. ck11's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ck11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

9. Amendments to These Terms

ck11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, ck11 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on the player's account. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the ck11 platform after any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
